"Customer service and communication needs improvement. I’ve been searching for an auto insurance carrier for a bit which is hard and exhausting enough, but also having to leave our current carrier who I’ve had for over 15 years. Well, I put in for a quote online and State Farm was the most competitive quote with good reviews. So I send to the agent and get this team’s response for follow up. The rep who emailed me apparently provided her personal cell and not the company number. So I contact and I get an answer that was not what one would expect from a company rep. I proceed to tell her that I’m responding back to her email for insurance and I want to proceed with finalizing. She seemed a bit confused and later realized she inadvertently gave her cell number. I was then told that she would pull up the emails and contact me via the company line, only to be left hanging with no phone call, email, and no insurance. If this is the level of care and lack of courtesy and communication I should expect to receive while trying to switch insurance carriers, I don’t want to see how they would help handling claims or other needs.While I’m still pursuing State Farm, I will be reaching out to other agents."
